Some of you may not agree with me, but that's ok. Reason may be some of you consider low pay out compare to Google Adsense or Yahoo! Publisher. PayPopUp is unique on its own way. They Pay Pop Up Ads. It it great to use it with PPC and PCM. PayPopUp is great if you don't get accept in publisher program such as Value Click Media.
Here's a list of PRO and CON
PRO about PayPopUp:
- Chances of getting approve is fairly high
- 5,000 page view per month at least (and thats very little requirement)
- Decently High Payout (not the BEST but I wouldn't say they are POOR)
- Flat-Rate CPM for Pop up (unlike other publisher you have an idea what is going on)
- Pay by Checks/Paypal/WireTransfer
- 5 levels referral program (very high payout)
- Payments are sent (biweekly) by the 1st and 15th of the month for the previous 15 day's earnings.
CON about PayPopUp:
- Do not accept adult/porn/hacking/warez/illegal conetent
- Minimum of $100 Payout
- Flat-Rate CPM for Pop up (it can't go any higher)
